Nielsen’s Grove Park in Orem is the oldest park in Utah, originally established in 1880 by Danish immigrant Jørgen Nielsen. The park features beautiful landscaping inspired by European castle gardens and is known for its unique water features, including a reflecting pool and duck pond. Visitors can enjoy large grassy areas perfect for picnics and games, a playground, scenic gardens filled with flowers and plants, and a greenhouse. The peaceful pond area—often filled with ducks and fish—is a favorite spot for families to relax and explore.
